Infochannel is a simulator that lets you create your own version of those old information and community bulletin board channels of the past, but it has a few tweaks that they couldn't do. (Like color clamped animated gif screens.)

Create your own channel screens and channel playlist and play it as a video source for your streams or just package it up as a playlist file with your own audio playlist to pass along a mixtape that has its own cable channel. (Recipient will need this software to render it.)

Use whatever fonts you have on your system to create text bars that scroll (or don't), Stories that can be stationary, scroll, or appear typed on the screen.   With the exception of typewriter screens, you can also use macros to provide live text fragments in your screen. 

Combine screens with per-screen timing, Images, and even animated gifs.   Render them clean or using old tv color clamping like old analog tv (rec.601) and early hd days (rec.709).  It even works with the images and animated gifs!   Add music and audio to be played randomly, or in a set playlist!
